Melati : Good morning.

Agra    : Good morning.

Melati : Could you please describe about yourself?

Agra    : My name is Sifa, I am 20 years old. I consider my self hardworking, team player, organised, I am good at dealing with people. I have always been interested and passionated in accounting. I studied at Gunadarma University, where I gained my first economic graduate.

Melati : How did you know about the possition?

Agra    : I heard about this job from my uncle who work here, his name is Mr. Mario, he is a supervisor in this company.

Melati : What is your strength and weakness point?

Agra    : My strengths are I am able to manage my priorities, to work under pressure, I am able to lead the team, my weakness is I am an ambitious person.

Melati : Very well. So, why do you want this job?

Agra    : First,  I want to learn new things, explore my ability and get new experience.

Melati : Why should we hire you? 

Agra    : I consider my self hardworking, fast learner, I also have some experiences about accounting in my previous job.

Melati : How much salary do you expect? 

Agra    : Well, if I look at my experience and my last education,  I think it worth to get 2-3 million rupiah per month.
